playstructure Playstructure
The Playstructure is the centerpiece of the Prehistoric Garden. It is a great place to run, jump and let your imagination go wild.
spitting_frogs Spitting Frogs
This is one of the newest attractions to the Childrens Garden. It is near the Prehistoric Garden. Spin the merry-go-round gate to make the frogs spit -- a fun hands-on activity for the whole family.
checkers Checkers
The painted tree stump with two matching chairs is a part of the Prairie Garden. Even more fun -- the playing pieces are painted rocks!
corn_maze Corn Maze
The corn maze is located south of the garden just across the cattle grate on the road leading to the wind turbine.
calf_pasture Calf Pasture
At different times of the year cows or calves are in this pasture running next to the garden. Please use caution as the pasture is surrounded by electrified fences.
deer_exclosure Deer Exclosure
Inside the deer exclosure plants are being used for research. The fence ensures that deer do not browse the plants, therefore interfering with the research process.
backpack_shack Backpack Shack
The backpack shack houses backpacks loaded with fun activities for various gardens. They are perfect for both family and class visits.
