The vision of the West Central Research and Outreach Center Horticulture Gardens is to establish a regionally recognized public research garden, to provide horticulture education, and to offer an inspirational experience.

The Childrens Garden has eight individual gardens each with its own special attraction. There are fun, interactive backpacks available just perfect for families or classrooms. The Childrens Garden is part of the West Central Research and Outreach Center Horticulture gardens. Both gardens are filled with beautiful landscapes and many learning experiences. The Garden is located across from the University of Minnesota, Morris Campus, and is near the large wind turbine that is bound to attract attention.

There are also many other activities to see and do in and around Morris. Check out our website to answer any questions you have about our garden and gardening in general.
